MY SKILLSET
Competence & Aptitude
French Intermediate
I remember the day quite well, it was January 2018. I landed at the Paris Charles de Gaulle airport and the only french word I knew back then was "Bonjour"!
Ever since then learning French has been an adventure which I undertook with the help of books, online lessons, talking to Parisian strangers and friends.
The best french lesson of all though was over a month long stay in rural France with a local french family. It gave me a wonderful exposure to french culture and a great appreciation of their way of life, food and of course the wine and cheese :)
Customer Service
I have a great balance between industry-specific skills and soft skills such as communication and interpersonal skills, which means I have what it takes to do brilliant work, make a contribution to any team and deliver state of the art customer service. All in all, I am a big believer in teamwork and going that extra mile for building customer loyalty.
Higher education consultation
My current profile is built up over years of professional work experience as well as research and simple observations. This makes me well placed to offer consultations regarding navigating higher education in France (Europe). Be it how to navigate the education system and succeed, find your first internship and how to get a job right after, I am available to help you. Get in touch!
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Mr. Nuno Santos
Program Director, MBA Mangement de l'Hôtellerie , MBA ESG & Paris School of Business. PARIS
A team player and hard worker is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Susmit. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Susmit for a year, during which he was one of my top students at the Masters of Hospitality Management. Above all, I was impressed with Susmit’s ability to communicate with a multicultural student body and be a focal point of organizing the work within his team. And, of course, his good humor and polite personality made him a respected person within the student and teacher community. Susmit would be a true asset for any position requiring a team player and a person that constantly improves himself and comes with my heartfelt recommendation.
Mr. Quentin Rigal
Deputy General Manager, HOTEL L'ECHIQUIER OPERA,
PARIS
I found Susmit to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile. During this professional experience, was totally integrated with our restaurant team and always proved himself to be courteous and discreet with our international clientele as well as with his co-workers. Furthermore, well-mannered, Susmit was always respectful and attentive to his superiors. Mr. Khedkar was efficient without fail, in all work requirement which was designated to fulfill in the F&B Department, as well in the restaurant team, where he was the major time of his experience here than in the other outlets when needed. Good-willed, reflective, and well-mannered, this young person possesses all the necessary skills to lead a career in Hotel & Tourism.
